Using the latest offerings in mobile technology,
MyLicense Mobile can be used on Microsoft Windows -based
notebooks and tablets for a variety of data collection tasks
while on the move. Whether for healthcare, inventory management,
construction, law enforcement, professional and sports licensing, or

MyLicense Mobile provides a

Using industry standard XML technology, MyLicense Mobile can be configured to
meet the needs of any industry. MyLicense Mobile includes a "wizard" setup
approach allowing all requirements to be custom tailored without any
programming. This includes look-and-feel, workflow, rules,
instructions, inspection categories, checklists, questions, expected
responses, inspection/violation history, and statutes/regulations to
name a few. In response to these templates, MyLicense
Mobile provides standard
controls for accurately capturing data. These controls include check
boxes, radio buttons, dropdowns, numeric fields, text fields and
free-form comment or signature fields. MyLicense Mobile can even be utilized when
an inspection template does not exist, for example, when an immediate
"spot check" inspection needs to be performed.
MyLicense Mobile configuration can be defined at the agency/industry level,
profession/office level, category (i.e. license type) level, and
inspection type level. This highly flexible level of configuration
allows MyLicense Mobile to support many data collection requirements.
For example, in the professional licensing industry, a new pharmacy
must be inspected before it can be licensed and an existing pharmacy
must be inspected as part of the license renewal process. In addition,
a pharmacy may have to be inspected if a complaint is filed against the
licensed pharmacy (or licensed employees). In this case,
MyLicense Mobile would
be configured with at least three different inspection types (initial
application, renewal, and investigation) for the pharmacy license
type/category, within the pharmacy profession/office, which may be part
of a larger agency such as the Department of Health or the Department
of Consumer Affairs.
MyLicense Mobile provides everything that is needed in support of an inspection
or other data collection requirements. However,
