Depend on Proven Technology and Expert Services by making MyLicense the cornerstone of your enterprise regulation management web portal.

MyLicense eGov has been developed with state licensing and credentialing agencies, state portal initiatives, state portal vendors, and application service providers (ASP) in mind. Using industry standard XML technology, MyLicense eGov can be customized to meet the needs of any government agency. MyLicense eGov includes a "wizard" setup approach allowing all aspects of the services to be custom tailored without any programming. This includes the look-and-feel, workflow, rules, fees, instructions, just to name a few. This flexibility extends down to the users of MyLicense eGov. Using any browser of choice, a MyLicense eGov user can configure their own MyLicense eGov experience. A MyLicense eGov user may select a preferred language within the browser settings and immediately be presented with all MyLicense text in that preferred language (based on the system configuration).

The following are a few of the MyLicense eGov implementation links to the respective client site:

MyLicense eGov has been designed as a true enterprise solution allowing states to centralize their eGovernment services. MyLicense eGov can be configured with unique requirements at the agency level, the profession level, and the specific license type level. For example, if a licensee holds both a professional license (ie. cosmetologist) from one agency and a business license (ie. salon) from another agency, MyLicense eGov will have one record for the licensee with multiple associated license records. Dependent on the State's preferences, MyLicense egov exchanges the appropriate data with the appropriate agencies and their licensing system. This flexibility makes MyLicense eGov the most comprehensive solution for multi-agency implementations where portal initiatives are driving the need for a stable, proven solution.

MyLicense eGov has been developed as a commercial-of-the-shelf (COTS) product solution. As with all System Automation products, all MyLicense egov clients will receive a quarterly release with new and enhanced functionality while retaining their unique setup. This also means that the State does not have to "fit" into another States solution.
