Implementation Specialist
|
|
The implementation specialist supports multiple software products and
is responsible for field service requests, installation, setup, training,
and support of onsite clients. When not traveling this person accepts
responsibility for investigation and resolution (supporting clients and
associates in the field), developing education/knowledge transfer materials
for associates and clients, providing input for defining user needs, functional
design and product-specific testing. Responsibilities include: working
with Project Managers to install, setup, train and support clients’
projects, performing root cause analysis on issues and escalating issues
to the development team. Position may require 60-75% travel.
