SA has an immediate need for
candidates who can be trained as Implementation
Specialists to enable them to work directly with our
state government clients in configuring our products to
meet their specific needs. SA Implementation
Specialists configure, provide training and support for
all SA products at state client sites and remotely. SA
Implementation Specialists may be required to travel up
to 75% of the time.
SA Implementation Specialists
are provided with laptops and smart phones to allow them
to successfully support clients on the road or from any
location.
Candidates should have
overall technical knowledge in relational databases,
browser-based applications, office automation
applications as well as web-based audio/video
conferencing. The ideal candidate should have excellent
written and communication skills, be well organized,
able to handle multiple project tasks, work in a virtual
environment and be a strong team player for personal,
client and company success.
